Still no action from SCOTUS in LGBT cases

The U.S. Supreme Court. Attribution: Jeff Kubina The Supreme Court today issued an order granting several cases, but the Justices still haven’t taken any action in LGBT-related cases. The Court is considering whether to grant three cases related to LGBT employment discrimination and a few more on the military’s ban on servicemembers who are transgender.

The cases will presumably be relisted for the January 18 conference, but could be denied in an order on Monday.
